Again, we have 2 kids playing soccer this year. Jered still plays on the 3 on 3 teams. They only have 5 kids on each team so he plays alot. He is doing much better this year - paying more attention and happy to be there. Gabbi was put in the wrong age group this year. They put her as a year older, not knowing what to do I talked with her coach. They had already had their 1st practice and she said she thought Gabbi would do fine with this age group. We promised to work with her and also help the coach. Well her coach was right, Gabbi is doing great. She had to learn positions and how to drop kick. She is also learning to be a little more aggresive with the ball. Her first game she did get the ball kicked right in her nose. What made it worse was it was FREEZING (the ball and Gabbi's nose). No bleeding though. Tayler and Matti are ok watching Jered's game (1/2 hour) but Gabbi's is too long for them (1 hour). We have enjoyed watching our kids play sports. Can't wait for 2 playing softball!
